Head of Marketing MENA
Capital.com operates across five regulated jurisdictions, each with different rules, different cultural realities, and different payback timelines for every marketing dollar. We built this role to own MENA's commercial outcomes without creating the shortcuts that eventually damage trust, brand integrity, or regulatory standing. You'll hold the budget and the results, but not the brand rules, the channel standards, or the behavioral guardrails. Those belong to centrally governed Centres of Excellence, and the job is delivering strong regional performance while operating inside that system, not around it.
